- Twenty years ago, the Al-Shaya International Group for
General Trading and Contracting was established. It operates
in the field of constructing buildings for individuals and the
private sector - In (2001 AD) the organizational structure of the company was
developed and the building operation and maintenance
department was introduced. - In (2003 AD) the activity of implementing and maintaining
air-conditioning and refrigeration projects was added, and the
company’s activity circle was expanded. - In (2014 AD) the organizational and operational structure of
the company was developed, and the Department of Operation,
Maintenance and Project Management
was established and transferred to
an independent administration.
